At the Ethical Supply Chain Program, honesty, integrity and fair play are at the core of everything we do. All Ethical Supply Chain Program staff and accredited auditors must observe the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which they are located, and maintain a high standard of business and professional ethics.
Ethical Supply Chain Program staff members and Accredited Auditors are prohibited from soliciting or accepting any illegal advantage from factories or any third party. They must also avoid situations where their personal interests may be in conflict with their official duties.
Any staff member or auditors breaching Ethical Supply Chain Program’s code of conduct will be subject to disciplinary action. In the case where any staff member is suspected of having committed corruption, deception or other criminal offences, Ethical Supply Chain Program will report them to the anti-corruption agency or law enforcement authority of the jurisdiction in which the offence took place.
If you have any doubts regarding the identity of any Ethical Supply Chain Program specialist staff or want to report cases of misconduct of our staff, please contact us at integrity@ethicalsupplychain.org. All information provided will be kept strictly confidential.
