On Friday the 24th of February, UNICEF Representative to China Ms. Amakobe Sande visited IETP Certified factory, Golden Cup Printing Company in Dongguan, China.We thank Ms. Sande and UNICEF for their support and for their work on Family-Friendly Policy, which has enabled us to develop this ground-breaking IETP Family-Friendly Factory Program.

We are proud to have Schleich as a member of the ICTI Ethical Toy Program (IETP) and will highlight their achievements and sustainability goals in this article.  The iconic brand has been a member of our program since 2019, and include “The Human being in focus” as one of its core sustainability pillars.

ESCP will host two online workshops for our Factory Certification Program members on Manger and Employee Relations. The workshops aim to give factories the tools to ease the labor shortage and manage the high turnover rates factories are currently facing. FREE tickets are limited, register now!

Ongoing training, guidance and support are key to helping factories remain in compliance with Ethical Supply Chain Program (ESCP) standards once auditors have left.

In order to allow time for Chinese New Year 2019 celebrations, the Ethical Toy Program will instruct our accredited firms to not conduct audits or Progress Visit between January 28th 2019 through February 24th 2019 (1 week prior to and 2 weeks after Chinese New Year).

In order to allow time for Chinese New Year 2022 celebrations, the Ethical Toy Program will instruct our accredited firms to not conduct audits or Progress Visits between 17th Jan to 13th Feb 2022. (2 weeks prior to and 2 weeks after Chinese New Year).

In order to allow time for Chinese New Year 2020 celebrations, the Ethical Toy Program will instruct our accredited firms to not conduct audits or Progress Visits between January 13th, 2020 through February 16th, 2020 (2 weeks prior to and 2 weeks after Chinese New Year).

In order to allow time for Chinese New Year 2021 celebrations, the Ethical Toy Program will instruct our accredited firms to not conduct audits or Progress Visits between February 1st through February 28th, 2021 (2 weeks prior to and 2 weeks after Chinese New Year).
