ESCP publishes its Communication of Engagement for2022-2024 and reaffirms its commitment to the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC).

We are pleased to announce today that Ethical Supply Chain Program (ESCP) reaffirms its support to the United Nations Global Compact and its Ten Principles in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment andAnti-Corruption.

In our Communication of Engagement (COE), we describe the actions our organization has taken to support the UN GlobalCompact and its Principles between 2022-2024. These actions include:

o We have made efforts to attract new participants to the UN Global Compact through outreach efforts and awareness raising

o We have engaged with other stakeholders to propose and implement partnerships on corporate sustainability

o Supported UN Global Compact business participants as they implement and report on their sustainability efforts

o We have participated in Global Compact Local Networks & Encouraged businesses in our network and others we interact with to participate in the UN Global Compact

o We have organized learning and dialogue events, workshops and training for our members on the UN Global Compact and specific topics relevant to corporate sustainability

o We have implemented the UN Global Compact’s Ten Principles through our own strategy and operations

o We have engaged our members in collective action efforts on Global Compact

o We have made efforts to attract new participants to the UN Global Compact through their outreach efforts and awareness raising
