Carmel Giblin is the President & CEO of the Ethical Supply Chain Program and has been with the organisation since February 2015. She is responsible for the overall success of ESCP globally.
Carmel believes passionately that businesses globally have a duty to behave responsibly, at all times protecting the rights of their workers, the communities in which they operate and the environment in which they live and work and is proud to be part of the world’s leading initiative committed to improving the lives of workers involved in toy and juvenile products production.
Before joining the Ethical Supply Chain Program, Carmel was the CEO of Sedex for five years – an organisation that, under her leadership, grew to become the largest technology and services company operating in the responsible sourcing sector globally.
Carmel’s earlier roles include: Head of Corporate Responsibility & Accessibility at Sky, Europe’s leading entertainment company, Buyer at retailers Somerfield, Waitrose, and Exxon Mobil and in supplier organisations Britvic Soft Drinks and Allied Domecq in roles that included customer management, risk management and organisational design and effectiveness reviews.

Johnny joined the Ethical Supply Chain Program as the General Manager of Asia Operations in February 2017. Promoted to the Chief Operating Officer in 2022, he is responsible for overseeing the operations of the organization globally.
Before joining ESCP, Johnny worked at Decolav, a US-based design house of high-quality furniture and bathroom products, where he was the Managing Director of Asia Operations. Prior to this, he was the Senior Sourcing Manager at Lowe’s Global Sourcing Hong Kong Ltd. He brings a wealth of leadership and operational management experience to the Ethical Supply Chain Program team, gained from his 22 years working in the international manufacturing industry.
He received a Bachelor of Engineering at the University of Victoria in Canada and a Master of Science in Engineering Management at the City University of Hong Kong.

She is responsible for overseeing the Asia operations, monitoring and development of the Ethical Supply Chain Program program, ensuring quality and integrity throughout its implementation, advancing the Connect Platform, and supporting delivery of world-class training and capability building programs.Before joining ESCP, Anita worked at OBI, a German DIY retailer as a Head of Division for the Technic team. Before this, she was the Sourcing Director at Lowe’s Global Sourcing Hong Kong Ltd. She has over 20 years of experience sourcing from suppliers in China and Asia and with 10+ years of senior managerial experience. She has great knowledge of the global supplier base and strong strategic vendor development experience. She has proven to be a strong leader able to inspire the team to the next level. Todd joined the Ethical Supply Chain Program in 2021 as the Head of Business Development with a focus on strengthening relationships with existing Program Members and securing new members in the retailer, toy manufacturer and brand licensing categories. Based in the United States, Todd has extensive experience in business development in the professional sports and athletic apparel industries and has worked with some of the largest entertainment brands in the world securing large scale licensing partnerships with the likes of Marvel, Nickelodeon, Warner Bros, and ViacomCBS. Todd is excited about the opportunity to work with the world’s leading retailers, toy companies and brands to ensure their products are being made in the most ethical manner and improving the lives of the workers responsible for that production. April joined Ethical Supply Chain Program’s China team in July 2012 as Supervisor, was progressively promoted to the Senior Manager of Program Monitoring and Development Team where she leads the team's overall operation. April supervises audit-related technical affairs, including policy & checklist updates, audit result review, audit decision making, audit firms management. She heads the PM team to provide tailored engagements with suppliers in the Certification Program, such as GA (Gap Analysis) and OE (On-site Engagement), to support factories in different stages of compliance in the ESCP certification program. April also actively communicates & supports buyer members’ responsible sourcing team.April received a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration. She previously worked in an international third-party audit firm as a team leader, where she led 10+ team members. Philip joined the Ethical Supply Chain Program in January 2016 as Senior Specialist of the Program Monitoring & Development Team; in 2018, he was transferred to lead the development of the Program Support & Engagement team. Philip is mainly responsible for overseeing and managing the Progress Visit (PV) Program of ESCP, an announced factory visit to review and discuss progress in maintaining ESCP social compliance standards.Philip and his team add value to the factories by sharing best practice ideas and featuring Q&A sessions where factory management can learn to incorporate ESCP Certification requirements into their management system. He also looks after integrity and anti-corruption programs for the organization. Philip holds a Bachelor of law, is certified as an IRCA Leader Auditor, and has 10+ years of social compliance experience. Áine joined the Ethical Supply Chain Program in 2015 as Communications Assistant and in 2016 was promoted to Assistant Manager, Marketing and Communications focusing on marketing, branding, and communications including delivering our rebrand and new website in 2018. In 2020, Áine began managing the Social Impact Program based in the London office. This tool focuses on the use and effectiveness of management systems within factories, which should be in place to support good labor standards. Since joining, she has worked as a Partnerships Coordinator, Digital Marketing & Membership Executive and in 2024, was promoted to Marketing & Communications Manager. She is responsible for creating and managing content across various communication channels, designing marketing materials, developing communications plans as well as looking after the program's global buyer members. Aoife was motivated to work for ESCP, a non-profit ethical organisation, as she fervently believes marketing should be used to positively influence stakeholders. Tim is a Senior Assessment Specialist in the Social Impact Team, based in the London Office. Tim joined as an Assessment Specialist, Social Impact Program in March 2022 and was promoted to Senior Assessment Specialist in 2024. He is responsible for conducting social impact assessments and supporting companies in the program. This tool focuses on the use and effectiveness of management systems within factories, to support effective labor standards implementation. Jane joined the ICTI Ethical Toy Program as the Senior Specialist for South East Asia in November 2018. She is responsible for enhancing overseas support from IETP to suppliers and audit firms in SEA, especially in Vietnam.Jane is based in Vietnam; she is responsible for engagement with suppliers, vendors, clients and auditors in Vietnam and SEA. Jane provides support on interpretation of local laws, handles Progress Visit with experience, establishes relationships between suppliers and auditors of audit firms and vendors, and arranges suppliers’ annual training and auditors’ annual calibration training for Vietnam and SEA. Before joining the Ethical Toy Program, Jane spent three years working for Underwriters Laboratory VN as Operations Manager of Responsible Sourcing Department in charge of CSR audits and training. Prior to this, she was Assistant to Operations Manager of Bureau Veritas Consumer Product Services VN; Deputy Technical Manager of Bureau Veritas Certification and auditors for SA 8000 for nearly 13 years and lead auditor of clients COC, SA 8000, SMETA/Ethical Trade audit, C-TPAT, ISO 9001:2015 and other clients standards. During over 15 years’ experience in CSR audit, suppliers’ training and management, she has trained up many auditors in CSR field during working for BVCPS and UL RS. Apple Nguyen joined ESCP in 2024 as a Program Assistant. In this role, she supports the implementation of Worker Well-Being programs and other special projects. She aids in the administration and planning of the Factory Certification Program, collaborates with the global Marketing & Communications team to support member and market communications, and provides administrative support for events including member meetings and training seminars. Additionally, Apple assists team colleagues with various administrative and reporting tasks and helps maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation such as work plans, progress reports, and impact assessment reports.Before starting at ESCP, Apple studied Hospitality Management at Van Lang University, where she earned her Bachelor's Degree. She has a diverse skill set that includes HR, event operation, negotiation, customer service, and team leadership. Apple is fluent in Vietnamese and has intermediate proficiency in English.

Edena Low is Founder and CEO of The AdviXory, a global Advisory Practice which helps organisations navigate challenges in business and supply chains through public affairs, sustainability and human capital strategies.She is also Chair at the Ethical Toy Program, the ethical supply chain program for the global toy and entertainment industry. The Program brings manufacturers, brands, retailers and civil society partners together to monitor, manage and fix social sustainability issues predominantly in the toy industry supply chain and to support the well-being of factory workers.In addition, Edena is also a Board Risk Committee member at Habitat for Humanity Hong Kong. Her work on the committee focuses on advising the organisation on best practices in the identification and mitigation of risks and building a strong risk culture.
Edena spent 11 years at Mattel Inc. where she lead global teams in the implementation of strategies across the corporation in sustainability, social compliance and audit, health and safety, public affairs and legal matters. Her efforts lead to a significant reduction in workplace injuries and critical issues at factories worldwide, improvements in practices related to combatting modern slavery, and the adoption of environmentally sustainable approaches across its operations, products and packaging.Edena was a founding board member at the Asia Toy and Play Association and chaired Mattel’s Women@Mattel ’s Hong Kong chapter, advocating and raising awareness around Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace. Edena has more than 25 years of legal, public affairs, social and environmental sustainability experience across the globe. She has also had stints at Group RCI, American Standard, Iomega and Ingram Micro, all US Listed corporations, after she began her career as a corporate lawyer at Singapore’s largest law firm of Allen & Gledhill. In her free time, Edena enjoys playing tennis and varied food experiences.

Alain Délétroz is the director General of Geneva Call.A Swiss and French national, Alain Délétroz has an experience of more than twenty years of work in conflict regions or in countries under strong political tensions. His areas of expertise include the Andean countries and Brasil; Russia, North/South Caucasus and Central Asia; EU external action; West Africa; conflict assessment and conflict resolution; democratic reforms, humanitarian assistance.His professional background includes: Executive in Residence at the Geneva Center for Security Policy (2014-2017), Vice-President at the International Crisis Group, Brussels (2002-2013); director, Open Society Institute, Tashkent, 1998–2002; delegate International Committee of the Red Cross, Moscow, 1994–1998; Adult literacy and capacity building project manager, Interteam, Carabaya, Peru, 1986–1991.At the International Crisis Group he authored a series of articles on almost all the conflicts covered by this organization. At the GCSP he chaired a discreet diplomatic process on a major protracted conflict. And now at Geneva Call he is engaged in a permanent humanitarian dialogue with close to 80 armed non state actors around the globe.
Mr Délétroz holds a Masters from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, as well as bachelors in cultural anthropology, sociology of organizations and Russian studies from Paris IV and V - Sorbonne, and in Quecha language from the Institut National des Langues Orientales. Fluent in English, French, German, Russian, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian and Quecha, he has authored and edited several books, from a monograph on Carabaya province - Peru, to Russian text books, a guide to Quecha grammar and an essay on Russia.

Anne-Mette is Global Head of Responsible Sourcing at the LEGO Group. She has over 25 years leadership experience in the corporate responsibility and legal world currently heading up the LEGO Group’s Responsible Sourcing program, covering LEGO production sites, suppliers and the licensing business globally. In this role, she has developed several strategic reviews of the LEGO Group’s Responsible Sourcing part of the wider LEGO Group Sustainability strategy. As part of the sustainability strategy the Responsible Sourcing team has recently launched the LEGO Group’s capability building program.
Previously, Anne-Mette held CSR and leadership roles at the LEGO Group with focus on Procurement contracts, social citizenship, children’s rights and sustainability reporting. She has also for a period served as interim head of the LEGO® Sustainable Product and Packaging team with focus on Environmental responsibility. She is an innovative problem solver, dedicated to drive change and impact that benefits people in the supply chain while also keeping an eye on finding pragmatic and business focused solutions. Outside of the LEGO Group, she likes to spend time with her family, preferably outdoors hiking or skiing. Anne-Mette has more than 25 years of legal, social and environmental sustainability experience. Before joining the LEGO Group she worked as corporate lawyer.

Geoffrey Greenberg is Co-President of Just Play Toys, LLC. Geoffrey Greenberg is Co-Founder of Just Play, LLC, the #7 toy company in North America. Since its inception in 2010, he has overseen Product Development, Marketing, Licensing, and Operations. Incorporated in 1948, Kader has been in the Toys industry since the 1950s. Ivan is the third generation of the family involved in the business, which is in the production of toys and plastic products. His childhood home was above Kader’s production facilities and offices. Fascinated by the manufacturing process and the machinery involved, he often visited the production floors when he was a child.After graduating from college, he joined the company in 1997 and had been responsible for implementing Kader’s then ICTI Care Certification, as well as implementing its ISO9000 Quality Control system. He was responsible for the transformation of the Company’s proprietary brand, Bachmann Trains, from mainly a manufacturer of toy train sets to becoming a leading brand in the hobby market by focusing on the product quality and delivery. Based in the United States, Todd has extensive experience in business development in the professional sports and athletic apparel industries and has worked with some of the largest entertainment brands in the world securing large scale licensing partnerships with the likes of Marvel, Nickelodeon, Warner Bros, and ViacomCBS. Áine joined the Ethical Supply Chain Program in 2015 as Communications Assistant and in 2016 was promoted to Assistant Manager, Marketing and Communications focusing on marketing, branding, and communications including delivering our rebrand and new website in 2018. In 2020, Áine began managing the Social Impact Program based in the London office. This tool focuses on the use and effectiveness of management systems within factories, which should be in place to support good labor standards. Tim joined as an Assessment Specialist, Social Impact Program in March 2022 and was promoted to Senior Assessment Specialist in 2024. This tool focuses on the use and effectiveness of management systems within factories, to support effective labor standards implementation. She is responsible for enhancing overseas support from IETP to suppliers and audit firms in SEA, especially in Vietnam.Jane is based in Vietnam; she is responsible for engagement with suppliers, vendors, clients and auditors in Vietnam and SEA. Jane provides support on interpretation of local laws, handles Progress Visit with experience, establishes relationships between suppliers and auditors of audit firms and vendors, and arranges suppliers’ annual training and auditors’ annual calibration training for Vietnam and SEA. Before joining the Ethical Toy Program, Jane spent three years working for Underwriters Laboratory VN as Operations Manager of Responsible Sourcing Department in charge of CSR audits and training. Apple Nguyen joined ESCP in 2024 as a Program Assistant. In this role, she supports the implementation of Worker Well-Being programs and other special projects. She aids in the administration and planning of the Factory Certification Program, collaborates with the global Marketing & Communications team to support member and market communications, and provides administrative support for events including member meetings and training seminars. Additionally, Apple assists team colleagues with various administrative and reporting tasks and helps maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation such as work plans, progress reports, and impact assessment reports.Before starting at ESCP, Apple studied Hospitality Management at Van Lang University, where she earned her Bachelor's Degree. She has a diverse skill set that includes HR, event operation, negotiation, customer service, and team leadership. Apple is fluent in Vietnamese and has intermediate proficiency in English.
