Accounting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our finance team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full cycle of financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing processes. You will work closely with the senior finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial records, consolidate group-level reports, and provide strategic financial analysis to support the decision-making of our leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting management, with a proven track record in preparing comprehensive financial statements, managing audits, and working with cross-functional teams. You should possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively. Experience in the PRC market and familiarity with local accounting practices would be highly advantageous.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and reconcile full sets of accounts, prepare monthly financial reports, and analyze financial performance.
• Review monthly financial reports for the PRC operations.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly group consolidated financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for our PRC, HKSAR, UK, USA, and Vietnam operations.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and forecasting process.
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors during the annual audit process, and manage taxation matters.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with professional accounting qualifications such as HKICPA or ACCA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting management.
• Proficient in using accounting software, such as ABSS or MYOB, and demonstrated experience in managing full sets of accounts.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), with the ability to communicate financial information effectively.
• Experience in handling PRC accounting practices and regulations is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, for financial analysis and reporting.

Expected Salary: HK$33,000 to HK$36,000 per month
