Training ProgramsThe Ethical Supply Chain Program is regularly reviewed to incorporate the latest regulation, legislation and evolving needs of the global toy industry.
The Ethical Supply Chain Program runs a range of work streams to promote the safety and well-being of workers employed at toy factories around the world. We also offer resources to help you support your workers better.
Since its launch in 2010, ESCP's Worker Helpline has been supporting workers employed at Chinese factories participating in the Ethical Supply Chain Program. As of June 2021, the Helpline has assisted over 19,000 factory workers by providing free, confidential advice and information.
From April 2021, we expanded the Helpline service to cover Vietnam to further facilitate the communication between workers and factory management.
ESCP's Worker Helpline service is a confidential and free service provided to all facilities in our program.
Access Helpline ResourcesHonesty, integrity, rigor and fair play are at the core of the Ethical Supply Chain Program.
All Ethical Supply Chain Program staff – and our appointed third-party auditors – must observe the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction where they are located, and maintain a high standard of professional ethics when conducting business. We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption.
We expect all ESCP Ethical Toy Program Accredited auditors – whether internal audit specialists or third-party accredited auditors – to be courteous to factory staff during an audit and perform their work with honesty, diligence, and responsibility.

Please note that these are the only authorized representatives of the Ethical Supply Chain Program who can visit your factory to conduct audits on behalf of the Ethical Supply Chain Program.
We expect all Ethical Supply Chain Program factories to act with openness and integrity and to meet Ethical Supply Chain Program requirements on business integrity.
