WORKER WELL-BEING

Supporting Workers Globally

Our worker well-being programs support thousands of workers employed at factories around the world. We welcome businesses of all sizes and nature to get involved - together, we can create a better life for workers worldwide.

Priortising the needs of your workforce

Our worker well-being programs are designed to create meaningful change for supply chain workers worldwide. By working closely with factories, we identify key challenges employees face—from access to childcare to equitable workplace policies—and develop targeted solutions that improve their quality of life. Through collaboration with businesses of all sizes, we help build safer, more supportive working environments that benefit both workers and employers.

A needs-based approach drives our initiatives, ensuring that programs directly address the realities of workers' lives. From employer-funded childcare to parental training and women’s empowerment initiatives, we implement practical solutions that make a lasting impact. Learn more about how we support workers and their families through our global well-being programs on this page.

Family-Friendly Spaces

Family-Friendly Spaces provide free childcare facilities both in factory and in community for the children of workers during the summer months. The safe, secure, and well-equipped childcare facilities provide a space for children to learn and play while their parents focus on work.

Since first launching Family-Friendly Spaces at two toy factories in 2016, thousands of workers and their children have now participated.
Over the years we have opened 74 Family-Friendly Spaces accommodated with nearly 10,000 children enrolled, supporting around 8,000 workers.

Impacts of Family Friendly Spaces
"Back in the countryside, we had very few toys, so I had never had any experience with LEGO bricks. The teacher guided us and I learned how to use them properly. It was so much fun, and I felt really happy. I’ve also made a lot of friends here, and whenever I have homework that I don’t understand, the teachers and classmates help me out.”
