Supplier Certification

Full EHS & Social Audit Program, with ongoing support for factories and their business partners after audits are conducted and data transparency supported by our Connect platform.

The program reduces audit duplication for suppliers and streamlines the supplier qualification process for buyers and sourcing businesses. Certification means no non-compliances left outstanding, it also means ongoing support for both the factories and their business partners.

Service Provider Audit

A well-structured auditing program designed to assess the compliance of service providers i.e. (Security, Cleaning, IT Services)

This program aims to evaluate providers through comprehensive on-site audits, providing a detailed evaluation of their adherence to social responsibility standards.

The scope of the audit is defined by ESCP requirements and covers areas such as Business Ethics, Employment Practices, Special Protections, Working Hours, Compensation, Disciplinary Practices, Forced and Prison Labor, Discrimination, and Grievance Mechanisms. It also includes key aspects such as Facilities, Fire and Emergency preparedness, and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).

Our program is also supported by the Connect platform, a benefit of ESCP membership. Through Connect, users can source fully qualified suppliers based on location, product type, size etc and start working with them right away.

Management Reporting Tools

Our Connect platform digitises audit reports and is supported by an Analytics hub which houses real-time data including workforce demographics, detailed information on any non-compliance issues that may have occurred in your connected supplier as well as benchmarking for non-compliance issues and working hours against our entire supplier universe.

Not sure if your facility is
ready for certification?

Our Gap Assessment is a valuable service for any facility lacking experience with our program or the confidence to meeting requirements.

Delivered by our technical team and includes a thorough on-site assessment of the facility’s conditions in relation to the ESCP requirements. A detailed assessment report will be provided, along with remediation guidance and support from the ESCP technical team. This service delivers direct assistance and expertise to help facilities achieve compliance to the ESCP certification.
