The Ethical Supply Chain Program is announcing the launch of an all-new program in partnership with The Toy Association, to provide small and medium-sized toy companies a more efficient way to meet their sourcing and social compliance needs from a community of globally established and certified manufacturers.

In 1994, in order to raise the international community's awareness of the importance of family and building closer and harmonious relationships between family members, the United Nations proclaimed the 15th May as the "International Day of Families”. This year, the promotional campaign for this day in China was organized by the National Health Commission of the PRC, held by the China Population Welfare Foundation and UNICEF China. With the theme “Creating Family-Friendly Environments to Give Every Child the Best Start in Life”, the event was successfully held in Shenzhen on the 15th May.

In the summer of 2019, 30 factories are participating in our Family-Friendly Spaces program. These factories have transformed spaces in the premises into fantastic childcare facilities for the children of their workers. The factories hire specialist teachers and supervisors to take care of the children during the workday and they provide opportunities for the children to learn and play. Take a look at some of the activities going on at Family-Friendly Spaces over the course of the summer.
